Christine is an awesome realtor to work with. We had hired her to sell our condo. She was polite, cooperative, understanding and very helpful and very professional. The sale of our place went very smoothly and took less time than we expected. Christine went above and beyond our expectations. She kept us updated with every showing of the condo that took place and what she thought about the reactions of the potential buyers. We did not live in our condo so it was nice to know what was going on. If there was an issue that needed to be resolved she worked with us to resolve it. She explained the process therefore I knew exactly what was to be expected. She knew we both worked and she worked around our schedule for signing papers and having meetings. I liked the fact that I was comfortable with her and she was not pushy and the fact that she always seemed like she had time to listen to us.

My wife and I were shopping around for Townhouses. With Christine’s help, we were able to locate on in the Surrey Fleetwood area. As there were multiple offers for that property, Christine used her awesome people skills to persuade the seller to accept our offer which was NOT even the highest bid.

Christine was an amazing gift in our search for a new home. After ten years in our much loved family home we were moving for all the right reasons but had many mixed feelings and so were unclear about exactly what we wanted. I gave Christine a wish list which she adhered to flawlessly finding many homes that hit the target.

However, we kept changing our minds and wishes as we began to understand the marketplace. I think we would have stopped looking (as we had done twice previously) had Christine not had remained so positive, flexible, willing and accommodating. Every time we (I ) came up with ” hey I saw this on MLS what do you think?” Christine did her due diligence and checked out the property even though it was not what we had thought we wanted originally. When we were ready to make an offer, she went to city hall and spoke with planners, researched bylaws and zoning all to answer the “what if” questions . She dug up community planning documents, orders in council and the history of the property we were making an offer on. All of this she did with a smile and a ” no problem” attitude.

Through no-one’s fault the negotiations with the sellers were difficult and Christine again remained positive and reassuring even when the deal fell through the first time she was pragmatic and matter of fact that maybe it was not meant to be. But her approach won out in the end when the sellers opened up negotiations again.

All of Christine’s hard work made our decision making easier and we felt confident in making a move into a $1.23m home in a new City 17 miles away. Christine is diligent and honest. She has no hidden agenda she truly wants to help you to find the home of your dreams and she works hard for that from morning to night. Thank you Christine this was a monumental decision for us and we felt supported all the way along. We love our new home and hey it’s only a 20 minute commute to work in the morning!

We presented Christine with the challenging task of selling our home quickly as we had already found and purchased the perfect house for us which Christine also assisted with purchasing. We also had our wedding coming up so we did not want to be moving during our wedding. She had the tough task of dealing with a few other listings that went up at the same time as ours. Christine immediately took charge and had professional photos taken and listed our place. She hosted 3 open houses and had a number of showings. Within 2 months she had a buyer and our place was the only one that was sold out of the other units. She always had our best interest in heart.
